OAXACAN NEGRONI
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal Joven
- 1 oz. Campari®
- 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth (Suggest Dolin®)
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Garnish Charred Grapefruit Peel
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a glass mixer. Add ice, stir well for 30 – 45 seconds and strain into rocks glass. Add large ice block and express natural grapefruit oils from peel over top of cocktail. Lightly char peel and garnish.
